The 20 years of experience in Spanish gastronomy which he conceptualized as “One Night in Madrid” shading their creations of different types of paellas and those Tapas and Spanish cheese boards, set with dance music and those Flamenco Tablaos in different business and family events, they are for many of those guests, unforgettable memories…!

That pleasant in Caracas has brought me to focus my product,  KERRYPAELLA, here in the city of Miami, where I enjoy using the freshest products and continue to please my distinguished clientele, recreating the “Ghost Kitchen” style, with careful emphasis on the preparation of their favorite Paellas, with original flavors, such as, among other flavors.
